Our Training and Certification Standards
Every technician on our team completes a structured onboarding process before their first solo job. Training covers proper ladder placement and fall protection, correct dilution ratios for cleaning solutions, safe handling of water-fed pole systems reaching up to three stories, and techniques for removing hard water deposits and oxidation without scratching glass. We follow guidelines set by the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) and carry full liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for every team member on every job.
Why Hire a Local Team in Medford, Oregon?
We live and work in the Rogue Valley. That means we understand how the dry summers leave mineral deposits from irrigation water, how fall winds bring pollen and debris, and how winter rains expose every streak and smear. Our team has cleaned windows on craftsman bungalows in Jacksonville, modern condos in downtown Medford, vineyard tasting rooms along Highway 238, and industrial facilities near the Medford airport. Local knowledge shapes how we approach every job — from the right water treatment for Southern Oregon’s mineral-rich supply to the best scheduling around Medford’s seasonal patterns.
Community Involvement
Window Cleaning Medford Oregon is proud to support local organizations in Jackson County. We offer discounted services to registered nonprofits and schools in the Medford School District. Team members volunteer annually at Bear Creek Park and participate in the Rogue Valley Clean Air Action Day. We believe a clean environment starts at home — and in the community around us.
